Our company designs and manufactures (by TC (technical conditions) 3612-003-10141049-2013) various heat exchangers for heating and (or) cooling of plastic masses and other non-Newtonian liquids (for example, solidol, and similar products) including scraped tube heat exchangers of types ТСТ-250 and ТСТ-250М1, and scraper heat exchangers of types ТС-350 and ТС-350М1.

Heat exchangers ТСТ-250 and ТС-350 have been used and are in use now in various chemical enterprises, oil refineries, and enterprises of some other industries. Based on their constructions and taking into account comments and suggestions from consumers we have designed and manufactured modernized heat exchangers ТСТ-250М1 and ТС-350М1 which have improved operational, repair, mass and overall characteristics.

 The main advantages are as follows:

  1. There’s no cumbersome belt transmission which requires constant monitoring and periodic replacement of belts, also the overall transmission efficiency is increased.
  2. The use of a motor reducer as a drive can significantly reduce the overall dimensions and weight.
  3. control of the motor by means of a frequency converter allows to avoid overloads and failure of electric motors in the event of an abnormal situation, change the rotor speed of the heat exchanger depending on the process parameters, perform a smooth start and stop of the drive without large starting currents, save from 20 to 30% of electricity.
  4. Increased thickness of the wear-resistant inner coating (by 50%) allows to increase the life of the heat exchanger by 25%.
  5. The heat exchange surface is increased by 10-11% without increasing the dimensions due to modern, original, constructive and technological solutions.

At present, there are a new generation of scraper heat exchangers which can be also used in the food industry. They have an increased heat exchange surface twise as much (without increasing the size and weight), plastic or metal scrapers that allow to work in a given temperature mode. The use of plastic scrapers allows the use of an inner tube without a hard chrome coating. Embodiments - low-alloy or stainless steel. And heat exchangers can have a heat exchange surface of 0.5 to 6 square meters. Depending on the heat exchange area, the number of housings can be from 1 to 3. Enclosures can be interconnected in series and also in parallel that allows to expand technological possibilities in manufacture. The power of the electric motor and the rotor speed vary widely. There are options for shell-and-tube type heat exchangers allowing to reduce overall dimensions in conditions of lack of production areas.

Spare parts for heat exchangers are easily accessible and not costly. The components are manufactured in Russia, the countries of the Customs Union, but it is possible to use imported ones upon the customer's request.

 Depending on the requirements of the consumer, we can produce in a short time the above products and others scraped-type heat exchangers by questionnaires, and also taking into account the individual characteristics of a particular enterprise.

All products have authorization documentation, which allows application in the countries of the Customs Union.
